financing: 3/5 verbiage was used to tell me i didnt reach the ratio set by GM, and GM financing was dependent on having GAP insurance (my loan was $36k on an $48 MSRP vehicle). Tired, I signed up and now need to go back in to cancel it. sales: 5/5 Honor and car sales aren't pair frequently. However, Bomnin Chevy in Manassas exhibited exactly that. An admin error had a newly released model with a substantial discount. Expecting some number fudging, I talked to two people (Eddie and Maria) who confirmed it was before incentives. Just prior to heading there, I checked the site again - the discount was gone. Now I am expecting some bait and switch move. I connected with Eddie and he stated there had been an error in the listing but....they would still honor it for me. LITERALLY HAD ME LOST FOR WORDS. Eddie was absolutely fantastic. Financing was relatively smooth. Eddie and Bomnin have earned my business for life. More
