Great car, great sales, terrible paperwork process Randy treated me great and was very helpful in selling me my car, however he is the only reason I didn’t give the dealership one star. Randy is the best car salesman I’ve ever worked with. Once the paperwork started is where the experience went downhill. Me and my wife waited for four hours while the finance and back office staff struggled with a new computer system and we finally had to do all the paperwork by hand. How can there be a computer system that doesn’t work and that the employees don’t know how to use? Also, why couldn’t we have been offered food or water during an extremely long wait? Other customers were offered pizza...not me. Hopefully the sales process can be worked out. More
