Unnecessarily difficult While my experience was no nightmare, the troubles I encountered could have been easily avoided and/or mitigated. However, I will begin by saying that While my experience was no nightmare, the troubles I encountered could have been easily avoided and/or mitigated. However, I will begin by saying that I got a great deal on a truck that I really wanted and the salesman was attentive and fast. The finance department on the other hand was less than efficient. I made several trips over the following two weeks attempting to understand a problem with my traded registration which caused a potential problem with a rebate I was extended in the final price of my new vehicle. The finance individual claimed there was nothing he could do and that I will likely be charged the additional $1000. Moreover, he appeared more motivated to get me out of his office than work with me. Or at least take the time to explain the situation in great detail. As I am a military service member and I have the ability to register my vehicle in my home state it became evident that their department was not attuned to the nuances of military customers. I respect that, and was more than attentive to provide them with what they needed but I was left in the dark about what was going on. I do hope this issue gets resolved and look forward to gaining a new perspective on this dealership as a whole. More

No clue salesman I think they should train n their salespersons. The guy has no idea about the car I wanted to buy. Took me 5:30 hours to buy the car.
