My husband and I went into the dealership on January 17, 2021, knowing exactly what vehicle we were going to purchase because it was already in transit to the dealership, we had done our research, knew what 2021, knowing exactly what vehicle we were going to purchase because it was already in transit to the dealership, we had done our research, knew what promotions were going on at all local dealerships, etc. We sat down with Andrew (unfortunately, he was the first person to approach us in the parking lot) and handed him the sale on a silver platter. We were promised the truck would be delivered in two weeks AT THE LATEST, so, we went into financing (our financing guy was awesome, and this review is not related to him at all). Here we are on our way to THREE WEEKS later and we have not heard from Andrew once, despite the fact my husband has called him multiple times, left him messages with Sales Managers and on Andrew's voicemail. I spoke with a Sales Manager, Joe, who has been great at actually communicating the status when updates have been available….....until today. When I spoke to Joe last week, it was planned to be delivered no later than Tuesday, February 2, 2021. On Monday, February 1, 2021, Joe left me a voicemail to let me know that our truck made it to Maryland and the latest update is that it would be delivered to Bomnin no later than February 3, 2021, at 4:21pm. So, today, February 3, 2021, we waited for a call to let us know that the post-delivery inspection was done, and all fuse boxes were put into the truck (like Joe told us had to happen), and we heard nothing. So, my husband called, someone tells him that he will talk to Joe and Joe would have Andrew call to let him know who/what/where/when/why, etc. (this person did not tell my husband any status updates), and two hours later...wait for it......my husband still never heard back from Andrew (shocker, right??). So I call again because my husband is driving home from work to get showered and changed so I can drive him out to Manassas to finally pick up his truck, and I find out that Andrew was never even at work today, Joe left at 6:00pm (never gave us any updates), and poor Alex, another sales manager, had to deal with me losing my $hit when I found out the truck is still sitting in Maryland and we had to call, yet again, to find out the status. Obviously, beyond frustrated at this point, Bomnin got their money from us and now, we are an afterthought. We could drive to Maryland and pick the truck up in a couple hours, but no, that is not allowed. At this point, as soon as the truck is delivered, it will NEVER SEE BOMNIN’S PARKING LOT OR DEALERSHIP AGAIN, and that is IF and ONLY IF, I do not finish reading through our financing and find something in the fine print that allows us to get out of this contract with them and then take our business somewhere else. All we have asked for and wanted this whole time is for Bomnin to communicate with us, and if we felt like they had actually done that and cared about customer service, this review never would have been written. More

Took in for oil change and tire rotation , paid and got my truck back home ! Oil dripping on the floor, took back and the drain plug had a broken seal on it. The point is I should not have to double check work done by your technicians. But if I had not I could of had 8 quarts on the garage floor and you would of bought a burned up engine. So maybe you guys should slow down a-little and after you park it, double check your work. We come here for both car & truck service and this is the second time I have had to bring the truck back for being in a hurry please check your work and spend just an extra minute to be sure all is ok and complete. With all new online ways of buying a vehicle going to a dealership is become less of an option, but this was the best buying experience I have ever had in my life.
