Iyan was great. The finance manager was just as great. The sales manager was good until he passed my deal to a manager “above him” (I think it was the GM. We’ll call him the GM). First of all he never once came to greet me while dealing with my deal. Not a biggie. But when Iyan walked over to his office to see if he can do something more for my deal, I followed Iyan so I could explain my situation; directly from customer to decision maker (GM). Once we got to the GM’s office I stood at the door to not disturb his area and he didn’t even look up. Even as Iyan was explaining my situation, the GM didn’t even look up or say a word to Iyan or me. He was working on some window stickers on his desk. After about 3 minutes of awkward silence, the GM looked up at me and said “is someone helping you?” It was quite obvious that I was there with Iyan. I said “yes I’m working with Iyan.”After ANOTHER 3 minutes of awkward silence he then stood up and walked right passed me out of his office not saying a word to me or even his employee Iyan. I understand the frustration. I was maybe requesting too much. However if I put myself in his position I don’t think I would treat a customer like that. Maybe he was just having a bad day. But this is a review so I’m writing about my experience. I’ll still give this review 5 stars because me leaving with my unsatisfied purchase was no ones fault but the manger who would not give me a second of his time. More
I was quoted 400.00 for a job that was worth a lot less. My experience here was fantastic. I was in the market for a midsized pickup and came by to test drive the Colorado. Purchased a Corvette a few weeks ago and am very disappointed that Bomnin Chevrolet charges $999.00 Doc Fee. In my opinion, this is an absorbent fee that should be reduced because dealers are alrea disappointed that Bomnin Chevrolet charges $999.00 Doc Fee. In my opinion, this is an absorbent fee that should be reduced because dealers are already making huge profits on the sale of a vehicle to start. And to add to that ridiculous fee Dealers start trying to add frivelous warranties! My wife and I needed a car to replace our older one that got totalled and after looking around I was referred here by a family member. We took a look at a couple cars that didn't quite fit our needs. Took longer then other dealers. Spent all day there which was annoying. Mohammad was great, besides he never answered later emails about whether or not he received everything I sent to get my tags nor respon was annoying. A response would’ve been nice so I knew for sure the car was still available... but it all worked out so not a big issue. Sam was awesome. Super friendly and made the sales process go smoothly. Last complaint is when I purchased the vehicle and went to take it home it had no gas in it. I had to ask Mohommad if you all had gas, and he took care of it for me which was nice. Overall a good experience with the staff and buying process besides the amount of time it took. Thank you, Ryan McGinnis More
