Car was clean, dealership did do the alignment and fix the bumper as part of the sale so that was nice. However, it needed over $2000 in repairs and service when I was told that it was up to date. The work was not done. We dropped it off at 8 am, came back about 3pm to check on it, and was told that their diesel mechanic called in sick and no one else was there to do the work. We did not every get back about 3pm to check on it, and was told that their diesel mechanic called in sick and no one else was there to do the work. We did not every get a call to tell us this, so we wasted away a day and drove off the lot with all the work still needing to be done. It was awful customer service and we are really disappointed. If I could give this dealer 0 stars I would. The dirt on the bottom of your shoe gets treated better than you do at this dealer. Dealt with many people there and they were dishonest and very rude! Ivan the manager doing the deal never walked out to introduce himself and literally walked out the door past us and would not even acknowledge us. Parker and John continuously lied to us about how much longer it would be to get into finance. Since The truck wouldnt be ready until the next day we asked if we could just come back the next day after work after truck done to do paperwork because it was late and we had a long drive to get home they said yea you can but you may be waiting til 2am we cant guarantee you a time. We also asked that finance have paperwork ready so it could be a quick painless process as I knew I only wanted gap insurance I did not want to waste anyones time going over the other stuff but they said Nope we have to go over it and even after we told the Finanace manager no multiple times he was so pushy trying to get us to buy their other stuff. Also when stepping into finance I asked what my credit score came up as and he refused to tell me and just threw out a random score and when I questioned the interest rate he was like oh let me do u a favor and adjust it a little bit. Well turns out he lied to my face about the score because after having to make a scene in the dealership to get a copy of my report he had said my credit score was about 65points lower than it was. Then when talking to the salesman parker I told him to his face I would be giving him a bad survey unless he had the GM call me and fix this. He just said well I dont have his number. We should have really walked away the first minute we were there but we loved this truck and they Convinced us it would be hard to find that exact one anywhere else.. after taking truck home that night Feeling completely beat up and taken advantage of we called the manager john asking how we could return the truck and he just said you bought it too bad ur stuck with it.
