I had a pretty unacceptable experience with the service department. I came in for a scheduled oil change and sat in the waiting room for 2 hours. I was told at around an hour and a half that they were pull department. I came in for a scheduled oil change and sat in the waiting room for 2 hours. I was told at around an hour and a half that they were pulling my vehicle out, so I made plans, which were ruined because I had to wait another 30 minutes for it to actually be ready. Come to find out the reason why it took so long is because they were evaluating service problems on the vehicle - that I did not ask for them to do. I appreciate that they go the extra mile to insure the vehicle is working correctly, but when I schedule for an oil change I expect to be out of the building within an hour (like every other time using Bonmin). Next time I would like to be asked if I have the time for a full on inspection. Thank you. More

Asked for oil change, tire rotation, and State Inspection. They took my car in at appointment time performed all that and had it back to me 1 hour. It was also sanitized for my safety. Thanks.
