I had the worst experience with this dealership. Not to make a long story short but an oil change took 4 hours and they did not even honor the coupon on their site. The coupon was for a oil change and tire rotation which I showed Abel Urias the service advisor. They never called me to tell my truck was ready and when I asked if the tire rotation was done he stated that I booked an appointment for only oil change that's after the fact when I dropped my truck off and showed him the coupon and verbally communicated with him. He says if you have time "man" you can wait. 4 hours for an oil change is way to long. On top of that it's very unprofessional to call a customer man. I find it disrespectful. I will be giving my money to a different Chevy dealership and I will posting my complaint on BBB since they didn't honor what they posted on their website. More

I had a terrible experience when I bought my Corvette. The dealership didn’t even have the courtesy to give me a walk-through of my new car. I had to stop another employee to help me understand some of the car's features. Their customer service is seriously lacking. They refused to let me meet the branch manager when I wanted to address the behavior. The entire process was disappointing. In contrast, my experiences with Euro Motors and Koons have always been exceptional—they go above and beyond to create a great customer experience when buying a new car. When I asked for a souvenir, they told me I didn't buy an expensive car. I spent $80,000, and they said it wasn't expensive. This was extremely insulting, especially considering how casually the key was handed off to me. I’m very disappointed with the overall experience. More
