This has been my worst dealarship experience in over 30 years. I have purchased many cars from small and large dealerships around the country. I experienced a lack of communication within the dealership an years. I have purchased many cars from small and large dealerships around the country. I experienced a lack of communication within the dealership and with me as the customer. There were only 2 redeeming individuals I dealt with and are the reason for the second star. Keith Simmons in sales went above and beyond attempting to take care of my issues. The other is Keith the service technician who is both a wealth of knowledge and willing to explain exactly what is needed and why. More

Last time I was there, I was charged for my “free” oil change, the name/address/phone number on my receipt was not me & my reward points were not applied. It took 2 frustrating phone calls to get it worke change, the name/address/phone number on my receipt was not me & my reward points were not applied.
