I feel like I got a good used car at a decent price. I've driven it more than 2 weeks now no issues. We felt our salesman was excellent but then when I need him to call me back he did not and I had to I've driven it more than 2 weeks now no issues. We felt our salesman was excellent but then when I need him to call me back he did not and I had to keep trying over several days. The car needed a deep cleaning, it had a bad smell to it. They did offer to do a deep clean for me at my request but I feel that should have been done before I picked it up. Eventually I mitigated the odor by changing the cabin filter which was filthy. I never bought a used car before that did not have a full tank of gas for me, but this was mostly near E so I had to get gas on way home. I got the car I wanted but feel I wasn't treated like I mattered as a customer at all. The customer service was not exceptional. When customer service is exceptional I go out of my way to compliment the staff involved. There was nothing here for me to go out of my way for. I was just a customer buying a car to them is how it felt. I also felt the financing dept played a lot of games with me. The p ayment was way higher than I was told and I was ready to back out and they kept gaming scenarios for me to buy. I did NOT like that AT ALL. I was making a decision to back out due to changed affordability. and it became a pressure game after that. That is NOT something to do to customers. Also I can't rate the names of sales people or Finance staff as they're not listed below. Don't they value their sales/finance stuff enough to ensure they're listed to be rated? More

This has been my worst dealarship experience in over 30 years. I have purchased many cars from small and large dealerships around the country. Keith Simmons in sales went above and beyond attempting to take care of my issues. The other is Keith the service technician who is both a wealth of knowledge and willing to explain exactly what is needed and why. More
Last time I was there, I was charged for my “free” oil change, the name/address/phone number on my receipt was not me & my reward points were not applied.
