I knew the exact car I wanted and I was so excited to find it at Bomnin Volvo. I found the vehicle online and made a direct inquiry from their website. I was ready to come down with check in hand and purchase the vehicle. They refused to give me a written quote, and only would provide me with the "out the door" amount. They refused to give me a breakdown delineating each line item. When I FINALLY got the manager, JAVIER, to go over it with me, it was apparent that he had buried a few thousand dollars into the price that was unaccounted for. I guess he thought I wouldn't notice. When I pressed him about the disparity in the MSRP, he told me that the advertised MSRP was based on "incentives." Attached is a screenshot of the price from their website which they would not honor. No mention of incentives. My experience was exasperating. My salesperson was FELIX. He was uniformed, deceptive, slow to respond and rude. The manager, JAVIER, was equally rude. They are not to be trusted, and unfortunately, epitomize the negative image of car salespeople. Alternatively, I can highly recommend Schumacher Volvo in West Palm Beach or Westin Volvo. Just came from there today and it was a huge waste of time, no enforcement of masks, did not honor price we agreed upon, rude finance people that tried to rip me off. I tried to express my concern to many people Jose, Maria, Javier, Jenry Alfonso, nobody cared, I was still attempting to work with Bomnin and not with Mathew. It is the worst experience I have ever had, agent did not call back for a couple of weeks, also quoted the rice way too high, and didn't bother to consider my business, nobody from Bomin gets back ever, they say they will but they don't, also the vehicle I was considering to buy had so many issues and when I asked them if they would fix them, they said that they won't but instead they want me to pay for them and they also added additional $4000 on top of the vehicle price, this is really insane and I gave this agent multiple opportunities, expressed my interest in this vehicle, also called a couple of times to reach the general manager and express my concern as a customer, I never was able to connect with GM via phone, I also emailed them and they didn't reach back to me, I am done with this agent and with this dealership, be aware!! I asked Matthew to check if the following things can be addressed and the answer was NO; how can a dealership this big tolerate such nonsense and have such quality cars in their stock and put all costs on the customers?
