el sabado termine de comprar mi auto y todo quedo bien gracias a carlos hernandez que me ayudo en todo momento a igual que el financista.en contra de ellos nada pero cuidado el dealer te pone garantias ex gracias a carlos hernandez que me ayudo en todo momento a igual que el financista.en contra de ellos nada pero cuidado el dealer te pone garantias extendidas sin avisarte y te cobran los tornillos de seguros para las llantas y un supuesto VIP que no se de donde sale en lo demas les doy 10 puntos pero cuando vayan a comprar un auto alli pidan primero todo lo que les van a cobrar en papel y analicenlo bien porque las firmas son electronicas y si no estas claro te joden More

The WORST OF THE WORST OF THE WORST dealer you will ever find. I bought a new 2020 Corvette C8 from this place. They forgot to install something on my car when new so I had my father bring the car in to hav find. I bought a new 2020 Corvette C8 from this place. They forgot to install something on my car when new so I had my father bring the car in to have them install it. A few hours later I call to see if it was done, and they told me they are not going to give me my car back because of any accounting/finance oversight on their end and told me if I do not pay $3,000 with a credit card right now over the phone they will not give me back MY CAR that was already paid for. They were trying to hold my father hostage without my car. I had to get an attorney to work this situation out. The attorney said they are not surprised to hear this, they are such a bad dealer and they have the highest dealer fees anywhere and he has had many lawsuits with them. After we attempted to work out the situation a manager named Lucian said he will do anything he can to help make it up. I asked for a small favor, he said he can do it. Then later said he can't. I asked who I need to speak to, he said he is the one who makes the decisions but decided against what he said and that he will not help. I tried to email the owner's wife who claims to be customer service, but she is nothing but a liar!!!!!! She says to email her but then she never responds to many emails or phone calls. DO NOT FALL FOR HER RESPONSE TO YOUR REVIEW! When I say this is the worst dealer I have ever seen, dealt with or heard of, I mean it. I told a friend who lives nearby and instead he drove hours away to buy a Chevy to avoid this dealer! Anyone reading this must avoid this dealer at all costs! They are liars, crooks, and scam artists! You will go through xxxx with this dealer! They should be fined or shut down! More
