TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My cousin and mother (2 women) went to this dealership to purchase a new car. After they found the car they loved, test drove and was already in the process of purchasing the car Javier to this dealership to purchase a new car. After they found the car they loved, test drove and was already in the process of purchasing the car Javier Bomnin, which is the cousin of Lorenzo Bomnin, decided to take the car away from the salesman and my family to give it to one of his buddies. Nothing bothers me more than a salesman, let alone the cousin of the owner, take advantage of two women alone. Like anyone would, they stood their ground and the spoke with Carlos La Casa (Manager). Carlos decided to tell my family they wouldn't sell them the car because they said they would leave a bad review! this is very upsetting to me and shocking to me on how they run that dealership and the way they abuse their employees. Even after they gave us the car, Javier did not even have the decency of giving us an apology. they will receive one star from me only because Jose pensado treated them with respect and stood up for them. Called on a 2021 Traverse. Ashley took the call and listened to what I wanted. The vehicle on the internet was sold but Ashley said they had another one in black coming in. She said she would check on the arrival date and call me back. 2 days and 3 phone calls later on my part I have NEVER heard back from Ashley. She had either just stepped out, was on another call or I was put on hold for 7minutes at which time I hung up. My wife & I really wanted to get into a Traverse but I assume that business is good enough to not even communicate back to me. So just how have you rated so highly as a dealership? Beyond me!!!
