In May 23rd, 2021 I placed a $500 Refundable deposit be placed on the Bomnin Chevrolet C8 Corvette order list. Starting in mid August 2021 I have contacted Gabriel Pineiro about trying to get my Refundabl placed on the Bomnin Chevrolet C8 Corvette order list. Starting in mid August 2021 I have contacted Gabriel Pineiro about trying to get my Refundable $500 deposit returned. At this point September 15th 2021 I am still waiting for the refund. I have sent numerous emails, text messages and 4 phone calls and am still waiting for the refund promised 4 weeks ago. If I do not get a refund soon I will be filing a Small Claims Court case against Bomnin Chevrolet. Also I will send a letter to Chevrolet Corporation informing them about this customer service issue with their Bomnin dealership. More

I couldn’t do the wire because I was in hospital and told the salesMan (David Cruz) my cousin will wire the money from his business account, Tuesday wire hits and they tell me come pick up the vehicle it’s yours. I go there with my dad while sick , the next day out of surgery , I told them I want to be in an out because of my sickness and surgery recovery, they show me the car. Fill it up with gas and tell me to wait to sign and go , after 6 hours of waiting which is unacceptable and for sick patient they tell me they can’t sell the vehicle to me cause I wired it from different account ??? which I have purchased a Tahoe from them 2 Month prior with the same method and all went smooth So after they take my $100k wire, make me wait 6 hours , then tell me to go home , and they will let me know if they can override Today after 3 days, they tell me they will no longer sell me the car , because wire transfer came from a Dealer , crappy excuse. It came from business account, the Tahoe I purchased was exactly done the same way as I was in and out of hospital. I believe they sold the car for more money and gave me run around. I will contact my lawyer , GM and all organizations about this horrible experience to a Cancer patient. More
