They take 30 DAYS TO PAYOFF A CAR THEY BUY from customers, I did a trade in on October 1, 2021 and still they haven't sent payment to my original bank. When I call, the manager didn't nswer, but af customers, I did a trade in on October 1, 2021 and still they haven't sent payment to my original bank. When I call, the manager didn't nswer, but after leaving a couples of massages, they return the call to let me know that they send payment 3 weeks after they get the car, which that is ridiculous and for my point of view They play with people money, they wait to sell that car to do the payoff and don't care if doing that it is damaging customer's credit. Marcos Suarez is the worse service part agent I ever meet in my entire life. He charge me $324.95 to change my tires for a new ones that I brought to the dealer.For some reason the car doesn't have some kind in my entire life. He charge me $324.95 to change my tires for a new ones that I brought to the dealer.For some reason the car doesn't have some kind of key I have never heard of that but the worse part was his accusations and attitude, his lack of customer service and his tone accusing and according to him talking about facts asking why I had been 2 yrs without visiting the dealer, do you really think that anyone want to visit this place with people like that?. Also and the worse he was asked several times if car need something else and he aways repeat that car was ok, you know what car needs oil change only 6% remaining. Evidently he was focus how he can make more money than my car issues, total rip off and customer service ever, never come back to this place.Final I was waiting for a manager that I request 2 times, answer was that he was too busy, 1 hr waiting with no response. I’ve brought two brand new vehicles from here within the last 2 years. The gentlemen who helped me every time has been Dana. 1st experience was with a new 2019 Corvette. I’m sure everything went fine during that transaction. 2nd experience was with a new 2020 Trail-boss. Here is where I was over promised and he under-delivered in the sense I was given a price yet the price was a lot more than given initially. Prior to having my credit ran, he gave me an estimate. This estimate was $100 less than what initially was presented to me after pulling my credit. The credit wasn’t the issue as I have excellent credit. Being off by $30-$50 would be acceptable, but $100? I really wanted the vehicle at the time so I negotiated with the finance manager but much could not get done. Present day and my 3rd experience was with a 2019 corvette. I wouldn’t have believed he would have the audacity to do the same thing again, I was wrong. Again told me a price before pulling the credit and this time it came back OVER $100 difference. Explained there’s nothing else he can do. Mind you, the ONLY reason I agreed to have my credit pulled was because of the estimate he gave me was exactly what I was looking for so I felt tricked into having my credit pulled. At this point I was a bit frustrated as I was lied to on pricing, so I decided to give the vehicle purchase some thought and explained I will contact him the next day. Next day comes, I contact Dana and inform him I will be picking up the vehicle the following morning. Only request I had was to have it washed and buffed of some scratches. He explained he is getting that done and the vehicle will be ready. 6 hours later, he informs me the car was sold. So now you’re telling me after I already agreed to buying the vehicle, after a credit application was pulled with monthly prices that were way off, there’s no vehicle, and a disgruntled consumer. If this is the way Bomnin conducts their business I would recommend others to refrain from giving them your business. Being unprofessional in any business is unacceptable, I will take my business elsewhere. More
