Very disappointed with the experience. I bought a High Country truck. There where two only available, a black one( the one I wanted) and a metallic one. According to our sales man the I bought a High Country truck. There where two only available, a black one( the one I wanted) and a metallic one. According to our sales man the black one was reserved for a “friend” of the GM( Lazaro) We kept asking if we could get the black truck and the answer kept been no. Finally we decided to go and talk to Lazaro and after much begging we were able to get the black truck. We spent over 6 hours at the dealer. During the process we asked our sales person if they would include the cover for the back of the truck. He said he couldn’t buy would give us his employee discount. Our mistake was to leave the dealer that day without getting everything done…. We had to go back to get a coat to protect the paint and to install the cover. Once we got to parts there was not such a employee discount. Now the wording was: This is a good friend see what you can do for him!!! Well, I ended up paying 1k and having to leave the truck overnight. No follow up, no updates the next day. Once I call the part had not arrived at the time it was supposed to get nobody called us to update us. When I talk to our salesman( Luis) again he now says they forgot to mention that on the price I paid for the part was not included the labor and that it was another 300 dollars! I asked if it could be covered by the dealer and the answer from the GM was no. Luis then offered to put 200 dollars from his money and I would pay 100 what I declined. It should be the dealer taking care of this and not the employee putting from his own money. It is very sad to see that once you buy a car after you have my money you don’t care about us as a client anymore and you are willing to loose a future client over 300 dollars. First and last time coming to this dealer and will certainly not recommend More
