The customer service agents fail to communicate any issues with the timliness of the repairs. I left several messages that were not answered. The switch board failed to connect me with an agent who cou issues with the timliness of the repairs. I left several messages that were not answered. The switch board failed to connect me with an agent who could give me an update if my original service consultant was off or unavailable. My concerns were not elevated to the service director. No one was interested in providing an update or facilitating the timely return of my vehicle. This was extremely upsetting considering the thousands of dollars I have spent on my vehicle at this dealership in the last several months. I would not recommend the dealership or chevy to anyone.
