I contacted the dealership based on an ad for Chevrolet Corvette. Left message on internet ad but never received a call back. I have bought my last 2 cars here. Read me out please. I was greeted by a sales person who was busy and he directed another sales person to help me, the latter was Sissi Hernandez, she Read me out please. I was greeted by a sales person who was busy and he directed another sales person to help me, the latter was Sissi Hernandez, she made the process, up until the end, very pleasant. She is a beautiful, smart, strong sales woman, who paid attention to a lot of details and knew how to make me feel welcomed. Everything was going great and smoothly up until the end of the day/transaction. I signed all docs and was ready for delivery of my new used vehicle but Sissi told me that it had to go through maintenance for a check up before it was allowed to leave the lot, which I appreciated thinking it was a nice gesture toward me, it wasn’t but it felt as such. This is the moment when things went sour.. Apparently the mechanic told Sissi a few minutes, then 30 minutes, then 10 minutes but those few, 30, and 10 minutes turned into hours, on occasion I went back to show my daughter, who showed up for a few minutes, the car and nothing was been done to it. I texted Sissi and remember how I said she was a strong woman? She is a woman in a man powered job so my impression is that she has a mind block of not letting anyone overstep her, which I commend BUT when I texted her she got very defensive calling me a liar and I did not appreciate that at all. Just a few minutes later the car magically was ready :-( If Sissi had never used the few, 30, 10 minute check but rather would have politely asked me to wait, and if the mechanic would have really worked with the concern that a customer was waiting and had been at the dealership for many many hours, then I would have gladly and patiently waited for the car without a single issue, but PLEASE do not play that minute number game on any customer and please train your female employees to not feel threaten by male customer as if they were verbally attacking them. Again, Sissi Hernandez is an amazing woman, she is a great salesperson, she is amazing, if you go to this dealership, ask for her, call before hand and make your appointment with her, I have nothing against her; my issue is the manner in which the car dealership trains their employees -> sales and maintenance. Overall I can honestly say that Sissi Hernandez made a buying experience very pleasurable and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bomnin Chevrolet Dadeland as your next stop to buy a car. THANK YOU More
The customer service agents fail to communicate any issues with the timliness of the repairs. I left several messages that were not answered. The switch board failed to connect me with an agent who cou issues with the timliness of the repairs. I left several messages that were not answered. The switch board failed to connect me with an agent who could give me an update if my original service consultant was off or unavailable. My concerns were not elevated to the service director. No one was interested in providing an update or facilitating the timely return of my vehicle. This was extremely upsetting considering the thousands of dollars I have spent on my vehicle at this dealership in the last several months. I would not recommend the dealership or chevy to anyone. More
