I found this dealership on a whim this morning and I must say that I was blown away by the service I received at Lorenzo Bomnin Chevrolet. I have been shopping around for a new Equinox for over a month now, driving to many dealerships from Stuart to Miami and none of them showed me the amount of friendliness, care, and sincerity as I received today. Not only did they remember me by name, but the owner introduced himself personally within the first 5 minutes of my arrival and set me up with a great salesman who took care of me from start to finish. Many of the employees, who were not working with me personally, were so warm, as they would smile and say hello when passing by. Everyone was very genuine and willing to help. The dealers weren’t pushy and were very understanding to my needs and limits and helped me to find a price that worked best for my budget, while beating out any other dealer’s offers that I have come across thus far. I am so grateful to have found this incredible dealership and am so pleased with the service I received from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know who is looking for the perfect vehicle. I can’t thank you enough for all your care and courtesy you have shown me today. I initially went into Lorenzo Bomnin Chevrolet looking for a used GMC Arcadia, but they gave me a great deal on a new 2011 Chevy Traverse. The deal was put together in a very short time. I was treated ext for a used GMC Arcadia, but they gave me a great deal on a new 2011 Chevy Traverse. The deal was put together in a very short time. I was treated extremely well, way beyond my expectations. They made me feel comfortable about my new purchase and not once did I feel pressured. I felt that they knew exactly what I was looking for and were able to meet all of my needs. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. I love my new car!! More
