I’ve been taking my current car (2007 Corvette) and previous Chevy (2001 Monte Carlo SS) for service to this dealer since October 2000. In all this time I have known their service advisor Rene who ha previous Chevy (2001 Monte Carlo SS) for service to this dealer since October 2000. In all this time I have known their service advisor Rene who has always been very polite and attentive to my car’s needs. I’m the type of person that is very picky with their cars, I like for everything to be 100% perfect. Rene, or the Technicians at this dealer have never disappointed me. Mainly the same Technician has helped me all these years at this dealer, but on occasion others have helped me as well. I’m so picky with my car that sometimes I go a bit overboard. For instance once I wanted to rotate the front tires on my Corvette (they can’t be moved to the back since they are a different size than the rear tires) from side to side. Since they are directional tires they would have to be dismounted from the rims and switched around and mounted on the other rim. So the left front tire would need to be changed to the front right rim. I was advised by one of their Technicians that they would gladly do it but that doing this would not provide any benefit as far as exceeding the life of the tire. They could have told me to rotate the tires and made more money by encouraging me to perform unnecessary work. One time my Monte Carlo SS got this awful rotten smell coming from the engine. I couldn’t find any dead animal in wheel wells or in or around the engine. I managed to convince myself (and found supporting pages on the internet) that the smell was coming from one of the main radiator hoses that got old. I told them I thought this was the cause and that I wanted to change the top and bottom hoses but they advised me this was unlikely to be the cause. Of course they would have changed the hoses if I insisted but I’m glad they discouraged me from doing so since after a long period of time the smell went away. I suppose something died in a hidden crevice somewhere. I think that after you spend good money on a car, it should be in perfect condition and the staff at this dealer has allowed me to maintain this standard no matter how trivial my concern may seem. The service at this dealer is so good I now replace my tires there instead of going to a place like Goodyear or Tire Kingdom. They actually matched (as promised) the lowest price in town and I still get expert service on my Chevy. My first car that I took to this dealer was a 2001 Model Year Monte Carlo SS. I bought some tires at Sears, but then their technician didn’t know how to align the front end and wanted to break off some piece or something. I told them to just not align it and I took it to this Chevy dealer where they aligned the front end without having to break off any part and no complication. I could understand Sears not being able to work on a car like a Corvette but I was surprised to learn they couldn’t align the wheels on a Monte Carlo. I’ve been to another dealer for high-end cars here in Miami for a relative’s car. When I go to Lorenzo Bomnin Chevrolet I get better treatment and service than at the fancy foreign car dealer. At the fancy dealer I don’t feel like they have a vested personal interest regarding my concerns, while at Lorenzo Bomnin they definitely do. The bad thing about this dealer is that they only sell Chevy cars, I wish they sold cars from all of GM’s divisions; Cadillac, Buick, GMC. The service is so good I feel like my next car should be a Chevy, then again if I bought another GM product I could take it for non-factory warranty service to Lorenzo Bomnin Chevrolet. Unfortunately if I bought a Buick due to the way things are set up I would have to take it to a Buick dealer for warranty service. I’m quite positive that if you take your car for service at Lorenzo-Bomnin you’ll be very satisfied as well. More

I was visiting car dealers to buy a new chevy suburban and it looked like nobody was interested in me buying a new car, probably they were playing some sales tactics, or maybe they just didn't care. When and it looked like nobody was interested in me buying a new car, probably they were playing some sales tactics, or maybe they just didn't care. When I arrived at Lorenzo Bomnin, I was walking in and a white haired guy with a shirt and tie (instead of t-shirts), could have been my father, simply asked me with a smile if he could be of any assistance, he paid a lot of attention and explained me a lot, I simply learned and ultimately I had a good deal. If you think you want to buy a Chevrolet, just go at Lorenzo Bomnin and ak for Jesus Perez, tell him that Alberto sent you there. He is a really really a great guy. More

I bought a used car form them almost a couple of month back. I flew in from Virginia to buy the car. The salesman Dwarn was great and very friendly. I was told the price over the phone when I got their I back. I flew in from Virginia to buy the car. The salesman Dwarn was great and very friendly. I was told the price over the phone when I got their I was shocked to find an almost $700 dealer fee. I was told the car is in great shape, but the cd player don't work and right door lock too. There was no place to sit to do the paper work, singed it at the sales tower. Now six weeks later I am still riding around with my second thirty day tags. When the first one almost expired I had to call them to ask about the tags I paid for just for them to tell me they need me to send them my paper work. They never return calls either finance or the title office. Sales manger does not return calls if it is not related to a new sales. For the money and the headache I would not recommend this place at all. very unprofessional crew. They just want your money and that all. I took the time to write this so it can help people avoid such places, I wish if I had read such review I would have thought twice. I am a real person very upset with this kind of service and I make it a point to not let such places of business pull a fast one without having to answer for it. thanks for reading and best of luck..(avoid this place) More
I dealt with 3 different people including initially the Internet Manager(Willy Gabbart) at this dealership. I was told on the phone as well as in email that the vehicle I was inquiring about was, and I quo Internet Manager(Willy Gabbart) at this dealership. I was told on the phone as well as in email that the vehicle I was inquiring about was, and I quote word for word from an email of the Internet Manager Willy Gabbart: "The Lincoln Navigator is super clean and there's nothing wrong with it." This was in response to my email to him inquiring about the condition of the truck and I quote word for word from my email: "I am in Austin Texas so a test ride is out of the question. My question is what is your best price on the truck? I am looking for one of these for my transportation company. Please let me know of any cosmetic problems or any other issues the truck has also." I explained on the phone to him (Willy Gabbart - Internet Sales Manager) and to the salesman Pedro (Pedro llapur), that the vehicle has to be excellent shape because we use it to pick up and transport high profile clients, famous actors and entertainers, and business VIP's and transport them to and from their venues. They both assured me that they had personally seen the truck and that it was in excellent shape and that I would be very happy with it. Since I have done this many times before with no issues, I bought the truck. That was over 2 weeks ago. I had a car transporter pick up the truck and bring it here to me in Austin, Texas. When the truck arrived it was VERY clear that it had been in at least one rear end accident. This is a description of the problems: The rear bumper was scraped up and had white paint scratches and paint swirl cracks on it where the collision took place. The bumper piece on the left rear side is buckled and has a half inch gap where it is supposed to fit seamlessly with the sheet metal of the rear quarter panel. I am assuming the fasteners broke when it was wrecked and now the bumper has to be replaced. The front bumper has 4-6 inch swirl paint cracks due to a collision of some sort with the front bumper and was probably worse...as you will see later. There was a 3-4 inch dent in the rear lift gate door as well as other VERY noticeable dings and paint scratches. There are MANY scrapes, scratches and dings in the paint on all 4 sides of the truck. The passenger side mirror was actually barely holding on to the truck with two rusty DRYWALL screws. The mirror was only halfway on the truck. it has a large cracked hole in the plastic of the mirror! The hole is probably close 2 inches around, but according to Willy and the GM ( I was told he is GM but could not confirm) Miguel Ranillo the truck is in great shape and cosmetically excellent. The passenger side rear pillar (top back corner of truck) has a 2-3 inch square of paint chipped off. It will need to be replaced or totally repainted. The font grill of the truck is cracked and broken through in multiple places and just sits in the front of the grill not actually snapped in. It is somewhat loose and would probably fall out if you drove down a reasonably bumpy road for any length of time. The front passenger side headlight is not attached to the vehicle! It actually was just set in the opening and you can pull the headlight all the way out of the truck with your hand from the outside. The connection to the frame is actually snapped in half, which means the truck was obviously in a hard collision in the front as well as rear. The auto extending floor boards on the side of the vehicle do not work at all, and one side was actually unplugged from it's motor. One of the fog lights is actually MISSING and has no mounting bracket for it to be replaced. I called Willy Gabbart andleft a message. I never got a call back. I did not get a call back the next day either after leaving messages for Willy Gabbart or Pedro llapur even though they knew why I was calling. I sent the pictures of the damage. Still no call... I finally got a call several days later from Miguel Ranillo. It then took 2 days for them to acknowledge receiving pictures of the damage to the truck. I got no callbacks or responses from them until I let them know I own a highly successful Internet Marketing companythat knows how to generate a massive amount of negative publicity online. Shortly after I then got a call from the GM, Miguel Ranillo, who proceeded to try to explain to me that it was my own fault and that what his Internet Sales Manager (Willy Gabbart) meant by "The Lincoln Navigator is super clean and there's nothing wrong with it", was that the interior and engine were in perfect shape, just not the exterior. After a short conversation with the general manager Miguel Ranillo about what Willy Gabbart REALLY meant by "The Lincoln Navigator is super clean and there's nothing wrong with it", he then asked me what I wanted to do. I told him that I was a reasonable guy and that I had already gotten a bid to fix all of the issues that would be fairly cheap and that it was only going to cost $1,200. That was much cheaper than taking it to the dealer to fix all of these issues. He told me he would see what he could do and that he would call me back in 20-30 minutes that Friday afternoon. He never called. I called him on the following Monday and still got no return call. When I emailed him explaining what my options were for getting my negative experience out en masse on the Internet, I got a quick call saying he had to talk with the owner of the dealership and that he would call me back that day for sure. I explained that if I did not get the call and settle this issue that day that I was done trying to work it out and would take my cause to the Internet. Needless to say, I got no phone call so here we are. More
