The time and the fact that they were able to perform all of the recall work and adjustments in 1 visit was very important as I traveled a hundred miles down to Miami specifically rather than take it to a more local dealer with less experience with the new corvettes. I am very happy that I did so. Now, about the sales experience, The salesman was also friendly, courteous, and more importantly well informed and knowledgeable about the vehicle he was selling. At the time a corvette matching my requirements that was not pre-ordered was very scarce. I contacted the dealership via email and within 2 weeks they were able to present two cars that matched my criteria. This was a great sales experience. More

Went to the most popural dealers web site like Auto nation chev. while i compare against the kelly blue book price, the prices were fair but i was not convinced till i came across this dealers's web site and the prices were unbeatable for the new cruze. But of course we all know one thing is the advertising price and other is the real price when we get there. Tony was the sales person that greeted me. This guy is really polite and professional and makes you feel at home. He assured me the prize was real, and i took my car for a test drive. The cruze is amazing, i dont know what i love more the features or the 40 mpg. I got to the dealer at 7 pm and left at 9:30 pm with a new chevy for the advertised prize for 259 a month and 2k down. Excellent customer service from everybody. Special mention to the financial person who worked to get me the monthly pay i could afford and to tony himself. Very happy with the service and the deal. Eduardo worked with us and it was one of the best experiences I have had at a dealership. I had my mind set on what I would pay and they hit it right off the bat. They honored the Internet pricing without any sleazy tactics where they try for a much higher price until you ask. They even gave me blue book for my trade in. I was surprised and will definitely go back to see Eduardo in a couple years when it's time to get a new one. Great experience. More

Two days later I get a call from Yariel one of the sales people, his friendly demeanor and his willing to work with me got me back in there one more time god help me.Well the original trucks that I wanted to see two days before were still there,long story short I was so impressed with Yariel and the deal I was getting that I decided to upgrade from a work truck series to an LT. If it wasn't for this sales person calling me back and wanting to sell me a truck and promising a great deal on a great truck I would be driving another Dodge right now, He stayed to the end to help me with my on star and the rest of my truck explaining everything ,Thanks Yariel keep up the good work I would definitely buy another vehicle there,Only! Oil Change, 13 Sep 2014 Busy morning and Rene greeted me by name, asked if there was anything else I wanted to add to my appointment. The paperwork magically appeared, I signed it and told Rene I would be in the area and to give me a call when the truck was done. Went and ate breakfast, came back and could see the truck was almost done. By this time Rene was covered up, people everywhere and he was "DEALING"! Greetings of the day, writing service tickets and get vehicles out. All with a smile and a subtle efficiency. I feel really bad that I may have the name of the woman who processed the my bill incorrect, I wrote her name quickly as more people were coming in and I'm not sure I spelled it correctly in my haste to get out of her way, Nancy or Lavey... At any rate, she was working as the cashier and we had a great conversation about or children and their travel in Europe. Really nice lady! More
