I have always been treated respectfully and almost like family, they always go above and beyond to help. always fast and always courteous. Today after a standard service for an oil change - Axel Torrens, helped through my service. He was not only fast and courteous as said above but was able to make this possibly the best service experience ever. Outstanding service! I arrived to the service department unannounced. My wife and I were traveling from Northwest Florida and discovered a problem with one of our tires. We decided that it would not be safe to continue travel until the problem was resolved and found the nearest Chevrolet dealer. Good decision! We were greeted by Axel and from the time we entered the dealership until the time we left Axel was encouraging, professional, courteous and proficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what it would take to resolve the problem, got the right people on the job and had us safely on our way in no time at all.
