Recent Purchase Used 2015 Traverse 2LT I just purchased a used 2015 Traverse 2LT from Lorenzo Bomnin and I can honestly say this was one of the most painless no pressure purchase experience I just purchased a used 2015 Traverse 2LT from Lorenzo Bomnin and I can honestly say this was one of the most painless no pressure purchase experiences I have had in a long time. I found that this dealership does not play the old game of sell you on price and screw you on payment or sell you on payment and screw you on price. We had a very straightforward dealing with my sales representative, Frank Fajardo, no going back and forth to the sales manger, just up front honest negotiation. Carlos Pedrera in finance was also a pleasure to work with, not only getting me the absolute best finance rate on this vehicle but also watching out for my interest. In comparison to Auto Nation Chevy in Coral Gables, that first tried to sell me on payment with a super high interest rate, to then selling me on the interest rate and pushing on me a vehicle that I was not really interested in. I will deal with Lorenzo Bomnin from now on as I felt that I am a valued customer that is respected, not to be treated like fresh meat off the street. On top of this review, they also had the absolute best price on the vehicle that I purchased, in many instances below other dealers and even equal to dealers that were selling an a year older vehicle that was not even in the same class and model as the 2LT with leather interior that I purchased. My husband brought a new 2015 Malibu and after 2 weeks with the car he had to take the car for service. He picked the car after a week in service and the car is having the same issue. Not even made the first payment on this car and already having technical problems and found out that after a week in service they NEVER fixed the issue. PLEASE BE AWARE!!! More
Oil change and recall services I was advised that the services will take up to 2 days to be completed (recalls) and I was given a loaner (Chevrolet Cruze). I noticed immediately that it was dirty /dusty from outside and the service rep. doing the outside inspection agree with me, the inside was dingy. I went back to the service desk and asked to change for another car. I was provided another Chevrolet Cruze also dirty in and out but less than the first one. At this time I decided to keep this last one and left. More

It was not in the agreement just a hand shake. Merrill stuck by his word. That does not happen to often these days. More

THREE TIMES AND IT STILL ISN'T WORKING My 2005 corvette developed condensation on the windshield and I took it in to be fixed. the car is under a GM program extended warranty.
