I called three time to inquire about a truck. I have been given the run around by Mario who I spoke to this morning, who promised someone would call me back and they have yet to do so. I waited a couple of hours and called again and spoke to Jose who also told me someone would call me because he couldn’t work up prices. That was 5 hours ago. I once again just now called and asked for a manager and the guy that answered named “Albert” told me he was a manager. When I specifically asked what his title was he said “I don’t have time for this, what do you need, I’m a manager. I nicely asked what his title was and he hung up on me. Now why would I want to buy a vehicle from a dealership that treats me this way? Everyone I have spoken with has been rude and disrespectful. I don’t know who the general manager is, but I hope he reads this. That is no way to treat potential customers. More

Last time, I had the privilege to be helped by Ernesto Fontrodona, an outstanding salesman, and by his manager, Yalain Regueyra, an exceptional professional. It's not only that Chevrolet has been making outstanding cars, but it has been hiring outstanding people as well. The advice and service received from Mr. Rory was also superb and much appreciated. These Guys are the best!!! More

Bad service, especially the service advisor that helped me, Marcos, negative person, I have a lease vehicle, brought in for service, truck was at the dealership for a week, had a check engine stabilitrack me, Marcos, negative person, I have a lease vehicle, brought in for service, truck was at the dealership for a week, had a check engine stabilitrack sensor problem, supposedly they fixed it, following day after pick in up my vehicle same problem, brought vehicle back, service advisor manager told me my vehicle had an issue with a cable, I have to leave the vehicle, I asked for a loaner, they said there is no loaner, I spent half a day at the dealer, missing work, waiting for somebody to turn a vehicle so I can use it for a problem that it was supposed to be fixed from the beginning. Bad experience. All my vehicles are Chevrolet, never had no issues before. First and last time I used this dealership. More

I will never deal with Bomnin Chevrolet again This felt like my worst car buying experience ever! My dealing with Bomnin salesman Jose Martinez made me feel taken advantage of and cheated. Two ‘ma This felt like my worst car buying experience ever! My dealing with Bomnin salesman Jose Martinez made me feel taken advantage of and cheated. Two ‘mandatory’ options totaling $1,100 were added to the cost of my vehicle without any initial discussion with me. Only after closely examining the sales offer did I become aware of the additional charge. For one of the two options (wheel locks @$399), I was charged more than 7 times the price that the accessory is offered by Chevrolet ($55)! The other option (bed liner @ $699) was sold to me at more than twice the price offered by Chevrolet ($305). I didn’t know the costs of the items at the time and made the error of trusting the salesman. I have since tried unsuccessfully to contact the Bomnin Sales Manager (JM Rodriguez) to discuss my experience. I would never trust this dealership again. More
