BUYER BEWARE Charged 995.00 for ceramic paint protection which they don’t even offer there and 399 for wheel locks which neither were disclosed. After looking I asked the finance manager about it he said it was a mistake and would be taken off the next day. It’s been over a month of me trying to chase down there so called mistake and they totally disregard my calls and have done absolutely nothing to resolve this Furthermore I bought 2 cars in a weeks time, paid there dealer fee and they can’t even check the air in the tires??? The finance manager Deinier Dominguez said the owner believes in full transparency. I find that very hard to believe when they conveniently ad 995 for a product they don’t sell and 399 for wheel locks which either were NEVER DISCLOSED More

Worst customer service ever. I purchased a vehicle that I paid off I am since December 2019 trying to get my GAP insurance refund. They do not care, but instead transfer me and treat me with really bad respect. They use improper verbiage, and insult me. I am very disappointed with this dealer. Do not buy cars here. Not only was my car with bad tires and with oil that was never changed because it was black and sludgy. They told me the car had no issues or accidents or anything. Later on when I get the carfax the car had gone into a body repair shop for an accident that they never told me about. No one in the dealer apologizes for their ill treatment nor do they provide a solution. More
