I went in for 30,000 mile service and came out with a new vehicle. The service has been superb from timing to quality of work. Now I can also promote the sales staff thanks to Les. I took my 2006 Passat to Bommarito VW in Hazelwood to have the timing belt, water pump, and accessory belts replaced. I was given a specific price estimate up front, which actually turned out to be a fe have the timing belt, water pump, and accessory belts replaced. I was given a specific price estimate up front, which actually turned out to be a few dollars higher than the final price. I mention this because the two Deanteam dealers quoted prices several hundred dollars higher. The dealership was extremely clean, the wi-fi worked, there were fresh donuts, fresh coffee, and I was given a loaner car. This was a far better experience than I have ever had at the Deanteam or Suntrup. I highly recommend this dealership's service department to any and all VW owners in the St. Louis area. More
The service guys are very friendly and have a wealth of knowledge. The parts guys are some of the friendliest I have come across and will do most anything to help. I am a member of STLVW and when it came time for my 40k DSG service I contacted Tom Hinkemeyer from Bommarito Hazelwood to setup a time for my maintenance and we worked out a date that worked for me. When I got to the dealership everybody I dealt with was very nice and the facilites there at the dealership were great (I waited at the dealership for the service to be completed). I am a computer programmer and I was able to use the secure wifi at the dealership to work remotely from the waiting lounge. Free starbucks coffee was provided as well as free donuts (service was scheduled for 7am). The DSG maintenance took 2 hours to complete and during the 2 hour wait a tech would randomly provide updates as to when the service would be complete and keep me posted on their progress. When the service was complete I got to chit chat with TOm and one of the techs about cars and VW news. When all was said and done my car was returned back to me after they washed my car for free, so my car returned back to me even BETTER than I had given it to them. Overall I was VERY satisfied with my experience at Bommarito Hazelwood. I live in South County St Louis and driving the extra distance to get to this dealership was well worth it. More

The staff gave me confidence that they were on top of it and would get the job done to my satisfaction. And, they exceeded my expectation. Clean environment. A place I don't mind waiting in for an hour or two. Fresh coffee. Service manager kept me updated regarding my repair/service status. No surprises and no grief. Excellent job team....I know where I am buying my next car for certain. More
I worked with Anne recently and she was great! She kept me informed on the progress of my car and was very helpful in recommending the new tires my car desperately needed! Anne and John (mechanic) were very nice and understandable. Anne contacted me and informed me of everything that was being serviced and looked at on my vehicle. Out of all the dealers i have eer been to they are honest and give 00 percent customer service and will do anything to make sure that the customer is satisfied. Would recommend any vw owner to go there for service or even to purchase a vehicle. :) More
I just wanted to let everyone know how happy I was with my experience today. Their customer service in their service department is Grade A+++!!! I've been to bad and good dealerships in my life and your customer service level there is top notch. He could have told me it was going to cost thousands to fix my car and I wouldn't have been upset. They fixed my car under warranty and now I'm in love with it again! Not only that John Danner who was my service advisor did something I've never seen any advisor ever do. I was telling him about my boost issue in my car, and he put almost the exact same words in the ticket. Most advisors paraphrase things, and the technicians never get the full story. I was amazed to see it on the ticket, and I truly believe because he did that the technician had an easier time finding and fixing my boost issue. Just to make things even better, Dan (my shuttle driver) was great! Great guy to talk to and a really great personality! Not to mention, I walked down stairs at 3:30 (which was the time I said I was getting out of work) and Dan drove right up at that moment to pick me up! I was really impressed! Between John and Dan my experience was the best I've ever had at a dealership! Bommarito has realized that customer service goes a lot further than great prices, and flashy advertising! More
