The shopping experience I was looking for. Pro's Jordan Tabb was excellent, he knew every car we looked at top to bottom. I never felt pressured to buy and created a great shopping atmosphere. The inventory on the site matched what was in store. The lobby was great! When i go places i have two kids so the simple gesture of free ice cream and pop corn to customers is a thoughtful gesture. Paper work process was great all electronic signing. Cons Location isn't the best for test drives due to 270 being backed up all the time but if you were. To go not during rush hour it would improve this. The description of. The cars on the site were all copy paste so it was difficult to figure out which car had what package. But once I arrived Jordan was able to sort through it quickly and tell me the differences. There was a salesman/receptionist as I was waiting for the financing office that was loudly talking on their cell phone at there desk. Then went and sat inside one of the cars in the show rroom to talk in. Not a deal breaker just annoying. Public printers. I watched a salesman move papers off of the ones he printed. Not looking at the ones he moved he left someone's credit application out in the open with social security number name home address. Which is a major personal information no no.(THIS WAS NOT JORDAN HE KEPT MY PAPER SECURE AT ALL TIMES) I would suggest moving g the printers into a non public place. The finance office was fine. I did't want any additional coverage on the car But after I selected that I didnt want it he became a little short and not as inviting but luckily it was short time wise. This was the only time I felt pressured through the hole shopping experience. More

I attempted to lease a vehicle with the assistance of Ivette Kincade who was like a warm cup of hot chocolate on a cold day. The lease program didn’t work out for me at that time. Ivette was still very caring and sincere even though the sale fail through. She pleasant in explaining the situation to me. She assured me that things would get better. Here I am months later purchasing a nice vehicle with the assistance of Ivette. Although my purchase experience was months ago I didn’t forget Ivette.
