Honor of Coupon I received a mail coupon for an oil change. I called up the service center and said I had a Porsche Cayenne and would they honor the price. Answer was I received a mail coupon for an oil change. I called up the service center and said I had a Porsche Cayenne and would they honor the price. Answer was yes. I came in the next day and it was determined that the vehicle did not qualify for the VW service. Doug Kovac came to the rescue and said "given the circumstances" he would honor the coupon.
