Unquestionably, this recent purchase was the best experience we've ever had. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Scott Riley. We had never owned a Volkswagen before but were thinking about either a Jetta or Passat. Scott thoroughly and patiently explained the feature and options on both cars and made sure we test drove them. Because of him, we were very impressed with Volkswagen's engineering and, ultimately, bought a Passat R-LIne. As I told Scott, he was the best Sales representative we've ever had and greatly appreciated his attention to detail, customer focus and kindness. I was ignored I came in this morning for service. I was also interested in looking at Jettas. I walked around inside the showroom and then went outside to look arou I came in this morning for service. I was also interested in looking at Jettas. There was a man in the showroom and when a salesman walked in he immediately went to the man and asked if he could help him.
