Scott Riely is the the kind of salesman that you could trust to sell a car to your mother or family member without worry that they would be taken advantage of. He is a nice man that will work hard to be trust to sell a car to your mother or family member without worry that they would be taken advantage of. He is a nice man that will work hard to be fair and make you happy. You will notice that we didn't buy a car. It was a car for my wife. We were offered a fair amount for our trade and a decent price for the car. Unfortunately the wife did not care for the car and another she was interested was not in stock at the time. Scott offered us a very generous offer on a car in stock like my wife wanted in AWD and also offered to get us one to suit her. We were hoping to return home with a new non AWD car and moved on. It is no reflection on Scott and I admire his integrity and the effort he made to work with us on a deal. More

Christopher was great to work with from the first phone call to driving down to purchase the vehicle. We called an inquired about a Tiguan, he knew we were driving from out of town and was quick to FaceTim call to driving down to purchase the vehicle. The misogyny is simmering in every process and in every employee. It does get better though, don’t worry - there are some of the most unfriendly, unhelpful people I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking to in reception/call answering and in the service department attempting to schedule appointments/“answer” questions. Whatever kind of day you were having, you can rest assured it will 1000% be ruined after talking to anyone of these gems. I am so angry that I will never get the We Owe for the window tint they have been giving the run around on for nearly 3 years. This is my third car from them and I cannot recommend running faster and farther away this dumpster fire. I am so grateful that I am so incredibly close to being done dealing with this sham of a business. More

They sold my brother a car with issues! !!! BUYER BEWARE!! He only had the car for 2 weeks before it broke down. They towed it and then told him that he was responsible and the cost to repai !!! He's a professional driver.....he literally drives for a living!! He had nothing to do with why the car broke down. They literally sold him a piece of junk car and stole his money. He is not online so I'm posting this for him. Oh and when the car broke down the sales guy never called him back. Obviously he only cared about making money and not the customer. More

Ok up date on my experience after 2 weeks of having my car the clutch went out now sence its a mini and not a vw they are sending it to mini to get it checked out communication on this portion has been lacking. I don't have a vehicle to get to work and this is starting to effect life I get that your mechanic can't fix it but it hasn't moved sence friday and an update on weather or not I'm going to get stuck with a bill on a car I haven't even made a payment on yet and be screwed out of money and time and a vehicle all together it would just be nice to get some kind of info I get that u made the sale and now I don't matter but I expected mor from bommarito.ok update number 2 they took it to mini to get it check and came back and said I was responsible because the clutch flywheel and clutch fork were all burnt out I'm sorry but any mechan can tell you that kind of damage isn't going to happen in less than 400 miles unless you are abusing it at a track or something yes I'm a male I'm 38 not 16 and I'm a professional driver that's what I do for a living I needed this to get to and from work not as a toy I'm going to treat it right I really liked this car too but I was under the impression the clutch was new and disregarded the smell I think this dealer ship knew and sold the car anyway and when it broke quicker than they thought now they are just waiting me out dodging my calls and trying to wait tell I go away really bad business didn't expect this from bommarito they have always treated me right but now I'll be going to a different dealer for a new or used car not just bommarito vw don't do business with any of them because if they allow them to treat people this way they allow all of them to do this to people and its not right and they know it witch is why they are trying to ghost me its just sad really if they wanna man up and do right by me I will change all of my reviews cuz I'm not just putting it here thanks again for making my situation worse than it was when I came to you with a car that was braking down letting you know all the problems it had for you to sell me a car and not disclose the issues or when it got a major one not to do the decent thing and fix it. More
