THE OFFICES WERE ENCASED WITH GLASS PARTITIONS SO EVERYONE COULD BE SEEN AS TO WHERE AND WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THE COFFEE BAR WAS A NICE TOUCH TO THE DEALERSHIP WITH A NEW MODERNIZED COFFEE/HOT CHOCOLATE MACHINE. STEVE LAUGHLIN LISTENED TO WHAT PRICE I WANTED TO BUY THE NEW CAR AT AND CLEARED IT WITH HIS MANAGER AND ACCEPTED MY OFFER. STEVE ALSO EXPLAINED ALL THE PAPERWORK THAT WAS TO BE SIGNED IN GREAT DETAIL. HE ALSO PROVIDED MY WIFE AND I WITH A FREE NIGHT STAY AT THE LUMIERE CASINO AND DINNER FOR TWO AS WELL. WE WERE SO IMPRESSED WITH THE WHOLE BUYING EXPERIENCE! UPON PICKUP OF THE NEW JETTA, STEVE WENT OVER ALL THE INSTRUMENTATION OF THE VEHICLE, OFFERED US SOME COFFEE AND SENT US ON OUR WAY. A WEEK LATER STEVE FOLLOWED UP WITH A PHONE CALL TO MAKE SURE ALL IS WELL WITH OUR NEW PURCHASE....SERVICE AFTER THE SALE! A FEW DAYS LATER WE ALSO RECEIVED A TIN OF CHOCOLATE COOKIES IN THE MAIL...I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT! I went to Bommarito VW intending to buy a GTI and Steve Laughlin made this be the case. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and straight forward. The car was washed, etc. quickly and then he walked me through the various features. I was completely satisfied with the deal, Steve's help, and the friendly atmosphere of the dealership. On the basis of this experience, I would certainly buy another car at Bommarito and will recommend it to any friends that are thinking about a VW. I should add that I had stopped at another dealership closer to my home earlier in the week and obviously did not get the deal I needed to make a trade. More
