I thought it wasn't possible until my purchase from Bommarito VW - Hazelwood. My wife and I came in to test drive a Jetta TDI wagon. Les Johnson greeted us as we arrived at the dealership and was one of the most courteous salespersons we ever met. He showed us the Jetta, explained in detail the car and let us test drive it. When we express concerns about size he show us the Passats. After his detail explanation of the car, our numerous test drives, his patient with us leaving to test drive other brands for comparison, he was able to work with us to negotiate a deal that was acceptable on a new 2010 Passat. It's salespeople like Les Johnson that make the buying experience a pleasure with no regrets. Bomaritto VW-Hazelwood, keep up the good work. It's obvious that management cares about its employees as much as its customers. More

He answered my questions and gave me very aggressive quotes on the cars I was considering. When I arrived at the store for test drives, the cars were ready, and I was able to drive each of them for as long as I wanted. After driving several cars, I selected a Jetta Sportwagen TDI. While other dealers were asking full retail for the TDI, Bommarito offered a substantial discount, and entire transaction was concluded in less than 30 minutes - no pressure, no hassle. I highly recommend Bommarito VW and Charlie Gilbert for an honest, no pressure buying experience. More

The only negative in the entire experience was a need to return to re-sign a contract where there had been an error ... but this was a small blip in a much larger picture of easy engagement and helpful working with us. Out of all the dealers i have eer been to they are honest and give 00 percent customer service and will do anything to make sure that the customer is satisfied. Would recommend any vw owner to go there for service or even to purchase a vehicle. :) More
I just wanted to let everyone know how happy I was with my experience today. Their customer service in their service department is Grade A+++!!! I've been to bad and good dealerships in my life and your customer service level there is top notch. He could have told me it was going to cost thousands to fix my car and I wouldn't have been upset. They fixed my car under warranty and now I'm in love with it again! Not only that John Danner who was my service advisor did something I've never seen any advisor ever do. I was telling him about my boost issue in my car, and he put almost the exact same words in the ticket. Most advisors paraphrase things, and the technicians never get the full story. I was amazed to see it on the ticket, and I truly believe because he did that the technician had an easier time finding and fixing my boost issue. Just to make things even better, Dan (my shuttle driver) was great! Great guy to talk to and a really great personality! Not to mention, I walked down stairs at 3:30 (which was the time I said I was getting out of work) and Dan drove right up at that moment to pick me up! I was really impressed! Between John and Dan my experience was the best I've ever had at a dealership! Bommarito has realized that customer service goes a lot further than great prices, and flashy advertising! More
