This is one of the best dealerships I have ever been to. I went with a list of six cars I got off the internet that I wanted to see. Upon checking the computer for their inventory Paul Morris picked the same six cars I had selected without knowing my choices. Paul was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and never placed any pressure on me to make a decision. I test drove two cars and made counter-offers to the price given by the dealer. The first vehicle was already marked down considerably from the initial price and so my offer was respectfully declined. The counter-offer on the second vehicle was accepted and a deal was struck. Since picking up my car the next day, the followup by Paul Morris has been thorough and impressive. I have already recommended the salesman and the dealer to three friends looking for a vehicle and will continue to do so. More

We had a great experience, even with the glitch. Charlie was helpful and knew the car well. I assume that the EOS isn't a car he has to show often, but he knew his stuff. I love my car. Over all had a great experience. This has been the most pleasant car buying experience I have had. there was no high pressure. I was treated with respect. Even the closing was pleasant. I did not go to the dealer on May 26, 2010, with the intention of buying a new car but for service on my 2001 Beetle. But it had been on my mind since February. I was planning to keep my Beetle another intention of buying a new car but for service on my 2001 Beetle. But it had been on my mind since February. I was planning to keep my Beetle another five years and then get another when I saw the 2011 Beetle -- which I hate! Looks like an anvil was dropped on the beloved round Beetle! So I was receptive to a new Beetle during this week's special deals. Unlike my experience with St. Charles Automotive -- where I bought my 2001 Beetle -- I was impressed by the lack of high-pressure sales at Bommarito Hazelwood. After all, if I'm inquiring about the price of a new car, it's obvious I'm interested so there's no need to be the stereotypical car salesman out of the 1950s! Charlie Gilbert was thorough without being pushy, and was definitely interested in getting me exactly what I wanted. Shawn McCarty went above and beyond to get me the best deal for my budget. There were no surprises on the contract or fast-talking by either Charlie or Shaun. If this is the result of the company's attitude and training, keep it up and Bommarito will go far! I look forward to a long relationship with Bommarito Hazelwood sales and service. More
After searching endlessly online I ended up at Bommarito VW for a 2010 Tiguan. I was getting quotes and visiting other dealerships as I was looking for the best deal for me. Charlie Gilbert was a huge hel VW for a 2010 Tiguan. I was getting quotes and visiting other dealerships as I was looking for the best deal for me. Charlie Gilbert was a huge help. We came in and he had the Tiguan ready to go, we test drove and went from there. After a little bit of back and forth he was able to get me a GREAT deal that I was comfortable with. I felt confident and positive about my experience and that was wonderful. I will also add that I have purchased a VW in the past from a different St. Louis dealer and had a truly awful experience. Bommarito made this experience the best yet. Thank you! More
