Chuck Thomson was great to deal with while purchasing our new car. Our family has owned two Volkswagens in the past (a 1998 TDI New Beetle and a 2000 Cabrio) and loved both of them. I was interested in a new car and was trying to decide between the 2010 Jetta TDI and the new Prius IV. We were very impressed with Chuck Thomson, he was very knowledgeable but was not high pressure. After the test drive, I loved the solid feel of the Jetta TDI. Chuck was able to locate the color Jetta that I wanted and bring it quickly into St. Louis. We were very impressed with the dealership and their commitment to the consumer. A good price and the inclusion of routine maintenance and paint sealant helped seal the deal. Chuck followed up with us the morning after we purchased the car and has been very helpful. A very pleasant experience. The only less than stellar experience was when we were paying for the car. The business manager insisted on only talking to my husband even though I was buying the car. Not a deal breaker obviously but not what one expects in this day and age. More

They worked so hard to to get us financed on a new jetta with a trade in on a overpriced nissan from another dealership! The first vehicle was already marked down considerably from the initial price and so my offer was respectfully declined. The counter-offer on the second vehicle was accepted and a deal was struck. Since picking up my car the next day, the followup by Paul Morris has been thorough and impressive. I have already recommended the salesman and the dealer to three friends looking for a vehicle and will continue to do so. More

Over all had a great experience. This has been the most pleasant car buying experience I have had. there was no high pressure. I was treated with respect. Even the closing was pleasant.
