I was interested in a new car and was trying to decide between the 2010 Jetta TDI and the new Prius IV. We were very impressed with Chuck Thomson, he was very knowledgeable but was not high pressure. After the test drive, I loved the solid feel of the Jetta TDI. Chuck was able to locate the color Jetta that I wanted and bring it quickly into St. Louis. We were very impressed with the dealership and their commitment to the consumer. A good price and the inclusion of routine maintenance and paint sealant helped seal the deal. Chuck followed up with us the morning after we purchased the car and has been very helpful. A very pleasant experience. The only less than stellar experience was when we were paying for the car. The business manager insisted on only talking to my husband even though I was buying the car. Not a deal breaker obviously but not what one expects in this day and age. More
