This is my second purchase from a Bommarito dealership. The first one went amazingly well and the service was top notch. He was able to help us find what we were looking for at the Honda dealership and gave us a fairly good deal on our new van. I've had bad experiences with other Honda dealers but the Honda/VW partnership at this site has made me a customer for life for the service, the sales help, and the feeling that I'm not a mark that comes in the door. I highly recommend a new purchase from Bommarito VW or Honda. As for the pricing on our new van, we searched and determined that we received as good as or better pricing than most other people received for their vans. More

I had almost no trouble purchasing a new 2010 TDI Jetta I had almost no trouble purchasing a new 2010 TDI Jetta from these guys. I emailed Charlie Gilbert from North Dakota asking for a quote and he called me back within an hour! There was absolutely no "run-around" with these guys. I'd tell Charlie what I was looking for and he would give me an accurate price. No BS, no "maybe you should come over", none of that. The only real hiccup was a micommunication about trailer hitch light wiring, and that was resolved quickly and professionally. I drove over 900 miles from North Dakota to purchase my vehicle. Charlie and I worked out 90% of our business over the phone, and Charlie delivered 100% of what he said he would. I have already recommended this dealership to several of my friends and family. These guys have definitely earned my repeat business. Five out of five. More

I am a member of STLVW and when it came time for my 40k DSG service I contacted Tom Hinkemeyer from Bommarito Hazelwood to setup a time for my maintenance and we worked out a date that worked for me. When I got to the dealership everybody I dealt with was very nice and the facilites there at the dealership were great (I waited at the dealership for the service to be completed). I am a computer programmer and I was able to use the secure wifi at the dealership to work remotely from the waiting lounge. Free starbucks coffee was provided as well as free donuts (service was scheduled for 7am). The DSG maintenance took 2 hours to complete and during the 2 hour wait a tech would randomly provide updates as to when the service would be complete and keep me posted on their progress. When the service was complete I got to chit chat with TOm and one of the techs about cars and VW news. When all was said and done my car was returned back to me after they washed my car for free, so my car returned back to me even BETTER than I had given it to them. Overall I was VERY satisfied with my experience at Bommarito Hazelwood. I live in South County St Louis and driving the extra distance to get to this dealership was well worth it. More

I went to Bommarito Volkswagen looking to order a Golf TDI configured the way I wanted. They were the only dealer in the Region that said they could do that, when I called. Charlie gave me tonnes of information regarding not just the car I was interested in (Jetta) but also the overall car buying policy. He presented me with a lot of options but at no point did I feel overwhel the car I was interested in (Jetta) but also the overall car buying policy. He presented me with a lot of options but at no point did I feel overwhelmed by all the information. I am in the process of selecting a new car, actually in the mid-size segment. I checked out the Jetta because it has almost as much leg room as an Accord or Sonata, a factor that matters a lot to me. But after checking out several other dealers, I found that the price of the Jetta is comparable to a Camry or a Sonata. Hence, the '4' on the price review. As for Charlie, he was Incredibly helpful. 6 stars for him!! More
