I mention this because the two Deanteam dealers quoted prices several hundred dollars higher. The dealership was extremely clean, the wi-fi worked, there were fresh donuts, fresh coffee, and I was given a loaner car. This was a far better experience than I have ever had at the Deanteam or Suntrup. I highly recommend this dealership's service department to any and all VW owners in the St. Louis area. More

He was able to help us find what we were looking for at the Honda dealership and gave us a fairly good deal on our new van. I've had bad experiences with other Honda dealers but the Honda/VW partnership at this site has made me a customer for life for the service, the sales help, and the feeling that I'm not a mark that comes in the door. I'd tell Charlie what I was looking for and he would give me an accurate price. No BS, no "maybe you should come over", none of that. The only real hiccup was a micommunication about trailer hitch light wiring, and that was resolved quickly and professionally. I drove over 900 miles from North Dakota to purchase my vehicle. Charlie and I worked out 90% of our business over the phone, and Charlie delivered 100% of what he said he would. I have already recommended this dealership to several of my friends and family.
