To start, we had to travel 2 hours to get there. We live in an area that vs doesn't have a local dealership. As soon as we arrived we.were welcomed quickly. I had absolutely no idea of what kind of car I wanted after I was in an accident with my last car and it was declared a total loss. That particular car was gone, but the associate was more than happy to go through comparable options still available with us. We drove a Chevy Equinox, but it wasn't quite what I wanted for right now. We left. The associate with whom he first worked, Jim Happe, called me two days later to go over several other options he thought I may be interested in. On a whim, my fiance and I drove back up (we live across town in South County). Jim had suggested that we look into a VW Jetta. After a few seconds of driving, I knew that this was my new car. All of the associates were very pleasant and great to work with while we went through the buying process. Additionally, Jim had told us before we first test drove the car that one of the windshield wipers wasn't working. We took the car home that night after the sale, but Jim said to bring it back w/ any problems. We took it back in last weekend, and Bommarito is fixing the problem. We aren't paying for this and were given a free rental car while the problem is resolved. More

I visited a VW dealer closer to my home and was dissatisfied with the haggling. A few years back I was looking at an EOS as well and did not appreciate the service (at another VW). Thus, I did not have high expectations when driving out to VW Hazelwood that I wasn't going to get a bait and switch type experience. I was positively shocked when I arrived at Bommarito VW in Hazelwood. My dad had spoken with Chuck Thomson over the phone regarding a 2010 EOS. The price seemed to be worth checking out. So my dad and I went to look at the 2010 Eos with Chuck. He was extrememly personable,friendly, and most of all knowledgeable. Never did he pressure us into the purchase, which was great at least for me because I wouldn't have bought the car if I felt haggled. Chuck was eager to help calculate payments for me so I could get an idea of where I needed to be. He made my decision very easy. He even threw in a pen. (secretly I love getting fun pens. :)) The lifetime car wash is pretty great too. My overall experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend Bommarito VW and more specifically, Chuck Thomson, to everyone. He is definitely an asset to VW. More

We had an all-around great buying experience. We knew what we wanted going into the dealer, but Joe made sure the buying experience was as easy and pleasant as possible.
