We have purchased three VWs from this dealership in the last 2 years (new and pre-owned). I've owned 5 VWs total now. Kevin and Chuck are wonderful to work with on car deals. Their service team is the best around (and I have delt with some great service teams, like Plaza BMW). The service team goes above and beyond every time. I had considered (for a brief moment) veering away from a VW on this last car deal due to not being sure we'd find a model in the VW family that fit our budget and size requirement (we really wanted to stay with Bommarito Haz VW). As fate would have it, the perfect certified pre-owned Touareg 2 came up that fit our size need and budget. They also worked with us to trade in our other 2 VWs so we could be down to one car, as I am now a stay-at-home mom. We now plan to be life-long VW owners and customers of Bommarito VW of Hazelwood. From service advisors and mechanics to the sweet guy that makes sure every car is clean and shiny for you when your service is complete - these people are a class-act. The guy in charge of washing/detailing after service goes above and beyond - offering to help me tighten our baby car seats, etc. Many on the team there know me by name and are the friendliest most customer-service-oriented people I've ever delt with. Chuck, Kevin, Anne and the service team are the reason the dealership keeps winning our business (and that of my family). We feel like Bommarito VW of Hazelwood is like family now. I went to many different car dealerships before I came here and I did not have a great experience at the other dealerships. When I came here, Chuck was very friendly and so was the rest of the staff. I purchased a new car a few weeks ago. The sales experience was great, the only reason for lower marks was the experience with the finance department. The biggest detractor was after deciding to purchase the vehicle, but then having to wait (nearly 2 hours) for the finance guy. I had financing already set up through my bank, but they really, really, really wanted me to finance through them. They were able to find me a better deal, so I suppose it was worth the wait, but they overrode my objections to them finding financing. They really were dead set on finding a financing deal I would accept. I suppose it was worth the wait, but it was, what I would consider, a long wait at nearly 2 hours. More
