I got my car for a very good price as it was priced very competitively right from the get-go. The car itself was beautiful, but Bommarito did an amazing job of detailing the car's interior-- it looked and felt almost newer than a brand new car! I admit, I get a bit stressed out in certain situations (like buying a car), but Les was so friendly, direct and easy to deal with that I felt my anxiety quickly vanish. Tony Boyd was fantastic as well; he did a great job explaining things and was pleasant to do business with. I wanted to buy the car on the spot, but was still driving my rental car (I live 25 minutes from the dealer), Les took it upon himself to call the rental car company and arrange for me to drop off the rental at an Enterprise location nearby, and then he drove me back to the dealership. That saved me a HUGE hassle, and was very much appreciated. I had a very minor problem with a dead headlight that I noticed in the evening after I bought the car-- I brought it back on the next business day and they took care of it no questions asked (even though TECHNICALLY my warranty probably didn't include a headlight bulb, they did right by me in taking care of it). As I waited in the customer area, I noticed how nice it was-- they had complimentary donuts, ice cream, Starbucks, etc-- It makes me want to start EVERY day by buying a car! :) Les Johnson and Tony Boyd were great to deal with and I rate Bommarito VW very highly.
