I had done entensive research for the kind of car(s) that I would be interested in buying. When I arrived at the dealership I felt that I was still in control and at no time did I feel that I was "mislead" I would be interested in buying. I discussed options that I had had on other vehicles and what I wanted in to continue to have on any other cars that I would be interested in. I was pleasantly surprised that the salesman (Les Johnson) not only listened to me by delivering each car model for me to look at, drive, "compare" the differences ballut also showed/explained options that I hadn't thought about. all-n-all this was one of the BEST experiences I have had from any car dealership and I would recommend "BOMMARITO" to my friends. Bommarito VW is the best dealership in the US I have seen so far. They express high enthusiasm to assist you locating the car you want, great willingness to negotiate the price with you to fit in your budget so far. Jay Burroughs was wonderful. We have had a lot of bad experiences at car dealerships, and buying a car has always been one of the most horrible life experiences for our family, something that we complete experiences at car dealerships, and buying a car has always been one of the most horrible life experiences for our family, something that we completely dread. However, when we came to Bommarito in Hazelwood, MO, we were pleasantly surprised. Jay was very friendly, he did not give off that snakey feeling that so many sales men do, and most importantly he didn't hound us. He handed us multiple keys, so that we could test out various cars at our leisure, as not to waste our time. He was pretty straightforward, and he didn't insist on a lot of haggling, which was a nice change. The finance department was great too, and Paris is easy to talk with, and made sure that we understood the loan process, and explained things to us that our bank failed to disclose. He also was able to find us a better rate. Most importantly, he didn't keep us at the dealership all night, and was honest with us in letting us know that he wouldn't be able to get an answer until the next day. He then proceeded to make us an appointment so that we wouldn't have to wait for an extended period when we returned. The dealership was clean, comfortable, and even has a play room for the children. They have also loaded the waiting room with ice cream and drinks. This was hands down the best car buying experience that we have ever had, and we will definitely be returning to the location, and working with Jay Burroughs again. They also shocked us by sending us a cookie tin about a week after our purchase, thanking us for our business. More

This dealership is excellent and non-pressure. The customer service is awesome and they keep things moving along but not so fast that you feel pushed.
