He showed a warmth when we arrived that was genuine, which is something unique in my experience with automobile salespeople. After the test drive, we discussed various auto questions and options. He showed a superior knowledge of the car in question and a patience in explaining the "tech" questions. In the past week he has emailed and called to see if there are any questions or follow up he can help with. So far, the car is living up to its' advertising.
