My wife and I had been to a few other dealers and, first of all, this was the cleanest coolest-looking dealership we'd seen. They even have a miniature VW museum with 2 vintage cars. I told them up front what I wanted to pay (which was lower than the sticker price) and what I wannted for my trade in and they found a way to make it work. They even have me top dollar for the trade in, way more than I asked for. Originally we planned to go to 2 other dwalers before making a decision but after we started talking to them, it became clear there was no point dealing with anyone else. I purchased a 2013 VW Passat from Jay Burroughs. I came in late on a Saturday and even though it was close to closing time Jay took the time to let me look over the car.
