Kevin Hall is a pleasant departure from many other car salesmen we have tried to deal with. Before coming to Kevin we had seriously been searching other dealerships for a new car, and the other dealershi salesmen we have tried to deal with. Then our Daughter and Son-in-law suggested we visit Kevin Hall from whom they had purchased a Honda Pilot a year ago. We made an appointment to see Kevin on 11/22/13. He spent time getting to know us in a casual friendly atmosphere, and even introduced us to his boss, who was also open and friendly. Kevin is down to earth, professional, thorough in demonstrating the finer points of the cars he represents. He also is very customer oriented and honest. He gets an understanding of who you are and what you are interested in buying and why. After our experience with Kevin, we knew we did not need to look any further. We purchased our car that day and went home feeling like we had met a new friend who was really interested in our best interests and truly helping us find the car that fit our needs. Our Son is also car shopping and plans to contact Kevin in January to purchase his new car. I am sure he will find the same great experience and customer service we did. In Kevin, we felt like we had found a new friend who was trustworthy and had the same values we do. When I went looking for a used car I didn't really expect to drive home with one on the same day, but I did. And I'll tell you why. Upon arriving at the dealership, Marc met me at the door and asked what I was looking for. I explained I was only looking that day and only at used cars, starting with a VW Passat. Marc showed me what he had on the lot, I test drove two of them and immediately knew one of those was the car I wanted. I had no pressure from Marc to purchase anything which I greatly appreciated. I did drive home that same day with a VW Passat. It's been a good experience buying a car from him and if ever I need another one I will definitely return to Bommarito. As a member of USAA, I found several dealerships with VW Passats. After calling several, I spoke with Brad Gilbert, Jr. His enthusiasm was refreshing and motivating. Brad answered all of my questions and took every opportunity to work with my schedule even offering suggestions on how he could better accommodate my situation. I was sold on buying the Passat before I saw the vehicle because of Brad’s salesmanship. After the purchase, I had a slight problem and Tony Fargo quickly resolved the issue. This was vital because I was driving to Eglin Air Force Base on business and did not have much time. Thanks for Brad and Tony, I was able to make the drive in my newly purchased Passat.
