After driving cars at other dealerships we became discouraged with slow response times and unwillingness to move on price. We found the exact car we wanted on the Bommarito website and Jay responded to the request for a quote within minutes with a price that was significantly less than any offer we had received previously. Jay was upfront and honest and helped every step of the way. He couldn't have been more correct when he assured us we would get a great deal on a new VW. The details including final price and finance rates were all handled over email. This was a huge benefit as we live over two hours from the dealership. When we arrived the car was clean, full of fuel and ready for us to take for a quick drive. The dealership was busy being a Saturday, but we were in and out in less than two hours including some time shopping in the VW store for a few items that were thrown in free. Jay finished the visit by doing a great job of going over the car with us and answering our questions. The entire team at Bommarito Volkswagen did a great job of making us feel like valued customers. It was the best car buying experience we've ever had. More

I needed to go next door to Volkswagen this time to find the selection of used cars I was looking for. I was introduced to Jay Burroughs who is a very engaging, personable, and perceptive salesman and listened to me as to what I was looking for and what I wanted within my limited price range. It was fairly immediate that I found the car that I wanted, and the price was brought down to one that was within my budget. After getting my payment in order, I came to pick up my car. Before leaving the dealership, I immediately noticed a significant issue with the vehicle. They took it in to service and found what they thought the issue was. As it turned out, that was not the issue and I ended up bringing the car back in twice, and the second time it was in the shop for 8 days. During these times, I was first given a rental car and then a loaner car. (It was a 2014 Passat TSI and I have to admit that I really fell in love with it and was sad when I had to return it!) Turns out, when I picked up my car it began to act up again within 1 1/2 days! I was on my way out of town to visit family in Texas, and I immediately brought the car back to Bommarito. I was quite frustrated at this point as I was packed up and had my dog with me. My dog was immediately invited inside to wait with me while the staff decided what was going to be done at this point. After my drive there, the car was just about to overheat when I safely got back to the dealership,and at that point, I was downright scared of that car! After spending a good bit of time in their comfortable and accommodating waiting area, I was brought back to speak with a couple of men. (Great people but I cannot remember their names!) I was told that they only wanted to do the right thing for me. (And regardless of me being a repeat customer.) I was told me that they would either refund me for the car I had just bought, or that Jay could show me a few cars I could trade it in for. I was very open to seeing what else he had to offer, and after driving a car I had previously driven and liked, I immediately fell in love with the beautiful 2008 Nissan Altima,that now sits in my driveway... And never in my life have I test drove and made a decision to purchase a car in 15 minutes flat!!! It was also snowing that day so I couldn't even drive over 30 mph, it handled well in the snow and my intuition apparently guided me in the right direction. I didn't quite understand the terms of the trade in I was offered, and I was thinking more money, but that they'd at least give me a decent break. When I asked Jay about the price, he told me it didn't matter, that they were going to do a flat out trade! It was quite a dream come true for me, as I've always loved the Altimas, but they were just out of my price range. It's a one owner car, in beautiful condition, and I couldn't be happier with it, almost 2 months and 4,000+ miles later! (I've already taken 2 road trips in it!) It's so much more comfortable and roomy than the Sentra I had for 6 years, as well as the car I traded it in for . The asking price for the Altima was quite a bit more than I could afford, and with everything I went through with the car I had originally purchased, it made it all worth it. I believe all things happen for a reason, but that we just don't know it at the time it's happening. I also believe Bommarito is by far the best dealership to work with, from my personal experience in buying cars. They stood behind their word, and never left me without a car during the difficulties I had with the first car. I've spread the word to many people as to how great an experience I had dealing with Bommarito. I've also told those folks how nice Jay was in working with! I got to know him a little better as a salesman and as a human being during the extra time I ended up spending at the dealership. I never felt rushed and always felt like an important customer and person to him. I will also add that I had recently had foot surgery when I bought my car, and I was non weight-bearing for quite a while. Jay went above and beyond to ensure that I didn't have to go any extra distances and was comfortable during my additional time spent there, and that meant a lot to me as well! Thank you Jay Burroughs, all the very helpful caring people in the service department, and the rest of the Bommarito staff for your extra time and consideration you gave me! Hopefully it will be a good ways down the road, but I do know where I will buy my next car! More

He was very responsive and immediately made sure I was taken care of. Between both him and Marc Gaby, the entire experience was one that left me feeling appreciated and prevented me from walking away with a bad taste in my mouth as I had with other dealers in the past. When we first got to the dealership we weren't very impressed. We walked the inventory for about 15 minutes and no salesman approched us so my father and I went to the showroom. I left home looking for Jetta, but the first thing that caught my eye was the GTI. We drove the GTI which by the way was great, however on our way back in I asked about a Jetta I had seen when we were walking through their inventory. Jason went and got the key for it and we drove it, but I think I had fallen for that turbo engine in the GTI. So we were walking back to his office and he asked if I had seen that CC. The thing is I feel in love with the CC 5 years ago on the highway. I was willing to spend the money on the CC, but I said what would it to just look inside. Jason informed me that this was their special promo this week it was only 1K more than the Jetta. So before I knew it we were test driving it as well. I loved it (but couldn't let Jason know). He asked me which one did I want and really it was a toss up between the GTI and CC. Well in all we spent over 5 hours at Bommarito and I drove off with the CC. Jason was very patient and courteous to my father and I. The finance manager was also very good. I recommend if you go to Bommarito ask for Jason. More

Jay is awesome. The price so low I couldn't haggle, Jay responded to every email or text very quickly. They got me the car I wanted from out of state without ant problem. Financing was also awesome. The warranty they offer is excellent and when it comes time to buy another car. I will definitely becalling Jay. More

I was not necessarily planning on buying a new car, but I had been toying with the idea and so my husband and I decided to go check out my options. A coworker had a very positive experience with this dealer, so I figured I'd at least give them a shot before I headed over to check out the Toyota dealership. I was originally helped by George Bussey, who was personable, kind, down-to-earth, and very helpful. He set my husband and I up to test drive a Jetta, which I instantly loved, and it changed my thoughts on switching to another type of car. I had some concerns about a previous experience buying a new car (not at this dealership) so George went and grabbed Ken, who listened to my concerns and assured me that similar things wouldn't happen to me here. Since I hadn't brought my car because I wasn't planning on buying that day, we had to run home and switch cars, so that I could bring it back to be appraised. When we came back, we ended up working with Jay Bourroughs, who was also excellent to work with. He was just great, and made the whole car buying experience (something I really and truly loathe) so simple and easy. When he didn't have the color of car I was looking for, there were 2 or 3 guys that worked to find one that I like, and it's perfect! I couldn't be happier! Dealing with Ken in finance was also a breeze. We had to wait a little bit to get in to see him (understandable considering it was towards the end of the month and a Friday, and they were very busy--however the fresh coffee and ice cream certainly helped offset the wait), but it was worth it for the great experience we had in financing the car. He laid everything out for me as I had requested, and he was so respectful and matter of fact--and as a woman buying a car, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate him, and everyone else in the dealership that we came across. Not a single person was patronizing or rude (something that happens all too often for me when I try to deal with anything car related). I cannot recommend this dealership and these guys highly enough. I will absolutely tell others about my experience, and I can't see myself ever buying my future cars from anyone else. You all have a great thing going there, please keep it up! More

We drove about 80 miles to Hazelwood from Mid-Missouri to look at the car. We were treated very well and got a good price on the Scion. Marc was very accommodating and knew we drove a long way so he took good care of us. We took the test drive, then started the deal. The business manager was very helpful and got us a great financing deal with Wells Fargo Bank. The car was just what I wanted and at a good price. Our daughter and son-in-law bought two vehicles from Bommarito Nissan last year and now I see why. We would definitely use Bommarito again. Oh, and the cookies he sent us were delicious. We have never had a car dealer send us a gift after we bought a vehicle. More
