TonyaR I have had a company car for 16 years and decided I was tired of the corporate world. I was in sales and believe me...I can be hard to please and demanding sometimes. I utilized autotrader to look for a personally owned vehicle. I saw a BMW I wanted to check out and drove over to the dealership. It was as nice as advertised which I really didn't expect. I looked and drove one car in my search and bought it. My sales person was Chuck Thomason. He was awesome, very straight forward, and did not lay a "sales pitch" on me. It was a smooth closing! Two days later my service light came on. I phoned Chuck and he stood behind his words. He gave me contact information and arranged for my service at no charge. When I took the BMW in, I was told Von was the mechanic who knew BMW's the best...and he did. Von answered every question I had and was extremely helpful! Even though this is not a BMW dealership, Von will be who I will have service this vehicle. Thanks to all for everything! More

When we decided this was it, we had to go back home to pick up our trade-in and return later that afternoon. Big Dave was at another dealership at the time, so we were handed off to George Bussey. George was equally as friendly and Dave had already communicated our budget and terms with him. It was a quick and painless process and before we knew it, we were in Kenneth's office talking about payment plans. Kenneth was very helpful and explained everything that we had questions about. The whole process only took about two hours once we started on paperwork! More

I was truly amazed at how he listen to my every word & every problem that I had with my vehicle. Just to summarize part of it - my transmission was bad, I had bad bushings, CV boot, the battery was bad, my poor car needed a lot of work! The warranty I have only covered a used transmission however, Mark Reader, the service manager contacted Volkwagon and upgraded to a brand-new transmission! The service manager went above and beyond the call of duty to replace so many things including a brand new transmission, battery, cv boot and more on my 2008 Passat! My car now drives, truly, like a brand-new car again! The service was fast, friendly, honest, and priced fairly. Most important, my car was fixed right the first time. I would highly recommend the Bommarito Volkswagen in Hazelwood, Missouri for your repairs. And if ever you consider making a vehicle purchase go there. They have great cars, they're honest, & a large waiting area with drinks and free wi-fi! Best part though is the friendly service that you get and the repairs are completed quickly and correctly! Pleasently Pleased Buyer Started off on a Monday with Kevin Hall and capturing a list of a few "What my wife is looking for" options. Within a few minutes we asked Marc to show us a couple other models because the car prepared seemed to be too much a base model, but exactly what we asked for. We hadn't realized we were interested in other options. Marc walked us around the lot looking at other Passats and my wife and I both stopped at the same car because this car sparked our interest. A white one instead of a dark blue. Marc got the keys and both Kevin and Marc rode with us on the test drive, explaining in detail the cars features. We were treated like royalty and they both were very friendly and helped make the test ride not only enjoyable, but fun! My wife and I knew this was the one and after our questions about the car were answered and some numbers crunching Marc walked us over to Gabe Anderson's office to begin the financing part.
