This was my first experience buying a German Auto and i was very particular about this particular dealership since they not only had good rebates but excellent customer satisfaction and i know now why that is true..because of guys like Marc. He invited me into the dealership with a wide smile and with the proper pronunciation of my name at the exact time of our meeting which is always a good sign and explained the whole rebate process and which ones i qualified for. And he was able to offer me another car with a slightly higher price in place of the car(the one we discussed)that was sold before i walked in. I was also in a time crunch and he made sure that i was taken care off (Trade in, Finance offer). I had a very open, honest experience with Marc. I was not able to pick up the car the same day and he took some time on his day off to meet me and make sure that i drove off with a smile on my face. I would definitely recommend Marc to anyone who wants a no nonsense deal. Infact i met a previous customer in the service area and she had nothing but good things to say about Marc and that made my deal even stronger.
