He was very professional and there was no pressure sales tactics during our interactions. The car that I desired was not in stock at the dealership so Joe and his manager searched hundreds of miles to find a vehicle and color of my choice (and brought it back to St. Louis!). Mom needed several options due to her disability and we needed to find the right price on the best possible car for her. We chose a Golf SE but were concerned that she couldn't afford it. After working with several other VW dealerships online we found Alex Woulff at Bommarito. He was able to get the car in the color that she wanted at the trim level she needed at the price she needed. Alex was very easy to work with and highly efficient. We worked with Scott in F&I and he was also very good (even during a total power loss). Everyone there went out of their way to make us comfortable and the whole experience was terrific! More
