Poor Service, AGAIN If I could have given them a no stars rating I would have. I bought a brand new car from them on 3/21/16, VW Passat. I have 20,000 mi on the vehicle If I could have given them a no stars rating I would have. I bought a brand new car from them on 3/21/16, VW Passat. I have 20,000 mi on the vehicle and the brake pads & rotter's need to be replaced, they are only covered up to 12,000 miles, of course. As I explained to Mike White, my sales person, no one has to replace their brake pads & rotter's at 20,000 unless is something wrong with them to begin with. The past 2 new vehicles I owned had over 100,000 miles on them when I traded them in, never had to replace the rotter's on either one of them but they weren't Volkswagen. I drive over 100 miles daily, high way miles, not in town driving. I purchased the extended warranty but that doesn't do any good since they are both considered consumable items. I will be contacting Volkswagen directly concerning this issue. I guess I should have known not to expect anything from Bommarito VW since I had such horrible service from Bommarito Nissan several years ago. I bought a brand new Nissan Altima from them several years ago and had an oil issue that they could never fix then I find out that it is a known issue and that Nissan was replacing the engines in the vehicles affected but when I contacted Bommarito I was told there wasn't anything they could do because my serial # was outside of the recall #'s. Even though it was the same oil issue. I guess I will be stuck with this car for a few years just like the Nissan but I guarantee you that I will never buy from Bommarito again, and I will make sure everyone I know hears my story. I didn't expect such good service I have never had what I would call a quality interaction with a car salesman, so I truly went in with an attitude. My son saw a Bommarito car on the i I have never had what I would call a quality interaction with a car salesman, so I truly went in with an attitude. My son saw a Bommarito car on the internet and I agreed to only look at it. Turns out it was a good price and within our price range. Joe Grayson came out and blew my socks off. He was friendly and allowed my son to fall in love with the car that called him (not the car we originally went to see). Joe set the bar for what I would love all car dealers to aspire to. I started out looking at vehicles through Bommarito's website. They have great selection. Must be quick to go see them in person though they sell them like hot cakes with the Great service. I looked at a Honda Accord first had my heart set on it but had no money down, (it sold before I got my money) Joe and the Guys stepped up to the plate though and found me something more utilitarian to my Disability needs than the accord at the same price. My car was effected by the TDI recall, i am therefore trying to get a full refund on my part because i never got to use it. They keep going back and fourth with their costumers and they never actually solve the problem. I will be calling the local news and reporting a story on this matter, it is not right to sell a product at your dealership and not claim responsibility, this is fraudulent. I am sick of being played with. More
