I have 3 small children, and am glad they weren't with me. No one deserves to be treated the way this "manager" treats his team or even customers. This is not a family environment. The sales and finance staff were easy to talk to until Robbie came by. They too seemed uncomfortable. I would not recommend this location as long as he works there. More

I made an appointment at Bommarito VW of Hazelwood, who have always been my preferred VW dealer and service in St. Louis with no intention of buying a car THAT night. I was going to sit down with a sales advisor and figure out what I wanted, did they have it or could they get it before my 4/1 deadline. Mark Roberts and Paul Carter were fantastic! Buying a car can suck, but this was a wholly painless experience. They worked with me to get into a new car, and the bonus is- it's a car that I THOUGHT was out of my price range. (And I was wrong). I'd recommend Mark and finance manager Paul to anyone looking to get into a new or used VW from Bommarito Hazelwood! More
