I found Dan to be rude. I recently bought a car I have not even had the car 2 months and 2 of the sensors fell out. He informed me that he can tell there was bumper work don I recently bought a car I have not even had the car 2 months and 2 of the sensors fell out. He informed me that he can tell there was bumper work done on the car. He then proceeds to tell me someone pushed the sensors out. When this was brought up to the sales manager the cost was covered at 100%. Minus my diagnostic fee (which I feel should be refunded seeing as this was a problem not fixed prior to purchasing the vehicle). While fixing the car they notice 1 of the other sensors was anchored wrong, so they repaired that one as well. When asked about the refund for the diagnostic fee he kept being adamant that someone pushed the sensors out. Common sense let's us know that all of the sensors were probably installed wrong with the bumper work when it was repaired. But the fact that he kept going back and forth with me really annoyed me. I was always taught with customer service the customer is always right. And who just walks up and push the sensors out of people cars. He comes off as a sleezy car repair man. I hate I will have to.deal with him regarding my car in the future. And they still have not refunded me my money. I appreciate that the used car sales manager Sonny heard my complaint, he is the reason the sensors were replaced free of charge. However I felt like he went to Brandon who sold me the car because he felt like I shouldn't be calling him. So I call Brandon regarding getting a refund and he states that Sonny says I need to contact the service department which I can appreciate that, he did his part I guess. I reach out to Chris the service manager and he can't return phone calls. It's realy simple if you ask me, for the price of that car I should not be spending that much money on it. It's not even 3 months old. More
I looked for Cody Pavish today, who sold me my favorite Toyota yet! He is always wonderful and ever so knowledgeable.. I tried to by a Lexis one day(2021), but couldn't get attention/courtesy/respect so... I returned to Cody and that day purchased a beautiful Camry!. We were travelling cross-country and ran into a problem with our van. Danny Jenkins not only solved the problem, but he stayed late to do it. My first visit was fantastic. Everyone else just ignored me while i was getting the first vehile i bought serviced. I wanted to do both at the same time. My car has been in the shop 4 times for the same problem. I can not get Scott Dunigan or the Service Manager, David Brewer, to return my calls or emails. Unfortunately, I need to take my car back for the 5th time because the problem has not been fixed. I paid for diagnostic, allowed their technician to take my vehicle home and STILL it is not repaired. This dealership has been the ONLY place I have taken my car to be worked on since I purchased it in 2011. More
Service was great however very disappointed by the lack of hospitality in the waiting area. There were no snack or breakfast items available, only coffee. Service was performed on my transfer case and rear axle and there is oil under my car and on my garage floor. Called service department and Dave the Service Manager said they would send a tow truck to ge and there is oil under my car and on my garage floor. Called service department and Dave the Service Manager said they would send a tow truck to get my car and check it out. I asked for a loaner while they fixed their mistake and was told one wouldn’t be available. I drove my car 300 miles over the weekend. Nothing better be damaged. Unacceptable business practice! I never have any problems when I take my car in to this dearlership for service! I also have never had an issues after service has been performed either not assuming issue couldn’t happen but I haven’t enc dearlership for service! I also have never had an issues after service has been performed either not assuming issue couldn’t happen but I haven’t encountered any over 3yrs that I decided to start going back to the dealership after being RIPPED by a few local repair shops..!! The service department associates have always been courteous and professional to me and very clear on all charges that has been performed on my vehicle, as well as options that I suggest about not changing the air pressure in my tires. I exclusively take my vehicle to this dealership for all my service repairs and will from this point on!! More
