Rebuilt Engine Lasted about 60K Miles I have a 2008 Toyota RAV4 that had a recall for oil consumption. Toyota did a recall to rebuild the engine, which was suppose to resolve the oil consu I have a 2008 Toyota RAV4 that had a recall for oil consumption. Toyota did a recall to rebuild the engine, which was suppose to resolve the oil consumption issue. Bommarito Toyota did the work. Well, needless to say they did a poor job because 60K Miles later, the my car is burning oil again. I spoke with Toyota they said they only warranty the work for a year. More

Some excellent some not so good Our sales person, Mary, was excellent. She suggested several vehicles that fit our needs. She is a real plus to the Toyota dealership. We decided to test drive a Nissan that was located at the Bommarito Nissan dealership. Mary took us to the closeby dealership to test drive the car. We really liked the vehicle and Mary set us up with the finance department where the experience went downhill. Jay,the finance person had an issue with his computer and asked his manager in to help resolve the issue. He just entered the room and another salesman rushed in and told the manager he needed him right away for another customer. The manager promply left and told Jay to figure it out on his own. At this point I called my wife aside and relayed to her my intention of walking out. She convinced me that since we both loved the vehicle to stay and complete the process which we did. I told Jay how uncomfortable we felt during the verbal exchange. He asked his manager to return and hear our complaint which he did. He gave a half hearted apology stating that the salesman that barged in was one of their best salesman and he had a customer in a hurry. I explained to him that we too were customers and deserved to be treated as such. He gave a sly grin and crooked smile and left. Again this is not a knock on Mary as she is great. More
